When an individual wishes to join OLA, we will ask for confirmation that they are aged 16 or over. If there are circumstances where we process personal information of an individual under 16 then we will ensure that consent is given by a parent or legal guardian.

Personal data we use for membership purposes will be kept with us until you no longer wish to receive information or to continue with membership when it will be removed.
